1. What's Included?

The Vanta Pack Hydration System includes the hydration backpack, 3L water bladder, drinking hose, bite valve, and bladder encasement — everything you need to get started.
2. How Much Water Does It Hold?

The included bladder holds 3 liters of water — roughly the equivalent of six 16.9 oz (500 mL) plastic water bottles. Instead of carrying multiple disposable bottles, the reusable bladder lets you carry more water in one compact system.
3. How Does The Drinking System Work?

Fill the bladder, secure it inside the pack, string through the hose, and you're ready to go. Simply bite the valve and drink while keeping your hands free.
4. Will it fit me?

The Vanta Hydration Pack features adjustable straps designed to accommodate a wide range of body sizes. Adjust the straps until the pack sits comfortably and securely against your back.
5. How do I clean the bladder?

Empty the bladder after use, rinse it thoroughly with clean water, and allow the bladder and hose to fully air-dry before storing. Regular cleaning helps keep the system fresh.
6. Will it leak?

The hydration system is designed to keep water contained during use. Make sure the bladder connection and bite valve are fully secured before wearing the pack. 
7. What can I use it for?

Running, hiking, cycling, climbing, training, festivals, travel, and everyday outdoor use. Wherever carrying water in your hands gets in the way, the Vanta Pack keeps hydration on your back.

The hydration backpack arrived in perfect condition. The material seems to be quite durable. The 3L reservoir has not been tested yet. The tank slightly exceeds the internal compartment, which is vertically divided into two. I will evaluate it better during use.
